This update means that your order is in pre-shipment, which means that we have printed & packed your order, but it has not been scanned in by the usps/ups shipping! Give it a day or two & your tracking will update.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

Unfortunately, after the package has left our facility, it is out of our control.  We will not replace it or investigate. Please contact your USPS for further information. 

Please make sure your address is correct when purchasing.
